How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, by appointment only. A Zoom link is sent automatically upon booking confirmation and payment.

Is payment required upfront?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Sessions are not held without payment confirmation. Payment is via WiPay.

What is the rescheduling policy?

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All information shared within sessions is strictly confidential, in accordance with the professional and ethical standards governing counselling and coaching practice.
